Increased ratings and revenue. Hosted Christmas radio auction on two stations that raised thousands of dollars for local charities. Wrote topical comedy daily. Created the characters Walter the Historian and funny newsman Ray Porter. Managed a three person staff. 05-06

WZXL-FM, Atlantic City, NJ   Morning Show Host:
Managed a 3-person team. Created a customer loyalty program called the Matthew in the Morning Mob. Attracted press by heading up a campaign to hire back a suspended DOT worker. Hosted a sold out listener Christmas Party at Planet Hollywood. Got coverage on the TV station that was owned by the competition. Listeners erected a billboard in my honor on the AC Expressway. Broadcast the show live from Holland. Hosted the Academy Awards for thousands at a local theater. Stole the spotlight from a parade hosted by the competition's morning show. KKBB-FM, Bakersfield, CA   Morning Show Host:
Created the Matthew in the Morning newsletter. Hosted a beach party at a minor league hockey game and a Wizard of OZ/Dark Side of the Moon viewing party. Managed a two-person team. Encouraged listeners to promote the show as human billboards. Attracted newspaper and TV coverage almost weekly, including live coverage of my hiring. Increased ratings by 500%. 96-97

Married five couples live on the air in Matthew's Chapel of Love on Valentine's Day which was covered by two TV stations. Created a fax marketing program. Managed a two-person team. Invented a one-of-a-kind sandwich board campaign. Managed a three-person team. Created "Do Me A Favor Friday" and "Tee off Thursday." Had Dennis Miller on to play "Seinfeld Jeopardy." Did live play-by-play coverage of President Clinton's jog through Santa Barbara. Auctioned off a round of golf with me and Mick Fleetwood. #1 Ratings. Voted "Best Radio Personality." 92-94
